The Parañaque–Las Piñas–Alabang Real Estate Board, Inc. (PLAREB) is a professional organization of licensed real estate practitioners committed to advancing professionalism, integrity, competence, and service in the real estate industry.
For more than five decades, PLAREB has brought together real estate brokers, appraisers, consultants, and other real estate service professionals through continuing professional development, industry collaboration, consumer education, community service, and meaningful advocacy.
As a local board affiliated with the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc. (PAREB), PLAREB continues to champion ethical and responsible real estate practice while strengthening the professional community it serves.
In 2026, PLAREB enters its 51st Chapter under the theme “New Beginnings: The Next Chapter — Strengthening Our Purpose.” Guided by Integrity, Innovation, and Inspiration, PLAREB moves forward with renewed purpose—empowering its members, promoting professionalism, protecting the interests of the real estate community, and helping shape the future of the profession.
