The Parañaque Las Piñas Alabang Real Estate Board, Inc. (PLAREB) is a trusted organization of licensed real estate professionals — brokers, appraisers, and consultants — dedicated to excellence, integrity, and service. Founded to uphold the highest standards in the industry, PLAREB is accredited by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and guided by the Real Estate Service Act (RESA).

For over five decades we have been a strong force in building vibrant communities and empowering practitioners across Parañaque, Las Piñas, Alabang, and beyond. As a local board affiliated with the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc. (PAREB), PLAREB continues to champion ethical and responsible real estate practice while strengthening the professional community it serves.
