THE PLAREB FOUNDATION

     Organized in 1998, the PLAREB Foundation is composed of Past Presidents of the Paranaque Las PInas Alabang Real Estate Board (PLAREB).  The Foundation tasked itself principally "to serve, support and complement the efforts of PLAREB in strengthening the organization and in ensuring the strict compliance with the ethics of the realty business".

     Now, it intends to do more.  To act and operate as a non-governmental organization (NGO) exclusively for scientific, research, educational, character-building and youth and sports development, health, social welfare, cultural or charitable purposes, and for such other purposes as, under prevailing laws and regulations, a non-stock, non-profit and non-governmental organization may lawfully undertake.  It intends to work towards the establishment of a real estate institue to train would-be real estate servie practitioners and professionalize the real estate service practice in accordance to RA 9646.
