What PLAREB does

A community of real estate practitioners united in service, education, and advocacy.

More than a professional organization

The Parañaque–Las Piñas–Alabang Real Estate Board (PLAREB) is a community of real estate practitioners united in service, education, and advocacy. Over the years it has built a strong tradition of programs that uplift its members and contribute to the wider real estate industry.

General Membership Meetings

The monthly General Membership Meeting (GMM) is the heartbeat of PLAREB: members, partners, and stakeholders come together to learn, share, and celebrate unity and professionalism.

  • Learning and growth: updates on PRC guidelines, DHSUD policy, taxation, law, and market trends, with guest speakers, developers, and partner institutions.
  • Fellowship and recognition: milestones and outstanding members celebrated, with themed gatherings such as the Year-Starter GMM, Mother's Day GMM, and the Christmas celebration.
  • Partnership and collaboration: developers, banks, and service providers join as sponsors and presenters, opening opportunities for members.

PLAREB Academy

PLAREB Academy provides quality education, professional development, and continuous learning for licensed brokers, appraisers, and consultants, through expert-led seminars, certification programs, workshops, and special trainings.

  • REBRES, the Real Estate Brokerage Seminar for Salespersons: training and accreditation for new real estate salespersons.
  • CPD seminars: PRC-accredited courses for brokers, appraisers, and consultants.
  • Special workshops: digital marketing and technology, real estate law, taxation, investment, and ethics.
  • Public education: seminars for families and communities on extrajudicial settlement, inheritance (mana-mana), and related property matters.

Upcoming sessions are on the calendar.

MLS and Business Exchange

One of PLAREB's strongest pillars is its Multiple Listing Service, where members share listings, match buyers with sellers, and close deals through trust and cooperation: brokers helping brokers.

  • Access the collective inventory of PLAREB members, and collaborate with PAREB members across the Philippines.
  • Present listings, find matches, and close faster through regular MLS sessions.
  • Ethical co-brokering, with transparency and professionalism in every transaction.

Community service

PLAREB champions social responsibility by supporting causes such as Bahay Aruga, a home for children in need; relief drives and outreach programs in Parañaque, Las Piñas, and Alabang; and scholarship and education support for future leaders.

Mr. and Ms. PLAREB

A proud PLAREB tradition. More than a celebration of charm and personality, the competition spotlights the professionalism, service, and leadership the Board instills in every member. Each year the crowned Mr. and Ms. PLAREB carry the pride of the South Metro to the PAREB National stage, as ambassadors of goodwill, unity, and excellence.

  • Fellowship: anniversary celebrations, sportsfests, Christmas parties, and networking mixers with developers, banks, and partner institutions.
